As we all are aware, COVID-19 is present in our great state with numbers increasing daily. The fears, uncertainty and general anxiety associated with the disease is ever present. In this time of the unknown, know that we are working diligently to continue to provide exceptional customer care to our clients and patients for as long as we can legally do so. We have instituted additional in-house protocols to reduce the risk of exposure of COVID-19 to you and our staff.
To further decrease risk of exposure, and assist with social distancing, we respectfully request that only one person accompany their pet to our facility. Once arrived, please notify our staff that you have arrived and you will either A. Be notified to enter the facility, or B. Your pet will be escorted by one of our staff into the facility. Please notify our staff if you need assistance in the transport of your animal into or out of our facility and if you wish to remain in your vehicle. Curb-side service will be instituted for all food and medicine pick-up, lodging and any service that does not require a face to face with our medical staff effective 3/21/20. In the event greater quarantine restrictions are instituted, we are currently exploring telemedicine options for non-emergency medical visits. We will continue to keep you updated as we move forward. We are here and will be to help everyone through this national crisis. We appreciate your patronage and for allowing us to care for your pets.
